1. Select one of either a Golf Annual ticket sales paypal button or Event Sponsorship paypal button. You will be taken to a MIDC paypal web page. (a paypal account is not required).

2a. If you do not have a paypal account: Within the paypal web page- To the left of the log into paypal box there should be a section that says: “ Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue” .

Select the blue “continue” hotlink (it is located above the credit card symbols). On the MIDC “Pay with credit card or log in” page please complete the billing information form and click the orange “review order and continue” button at the bottom of the page. Next, On the “preview order” page click “Pay now”.

2b. If you have a paypal account: Within the paypal web page- Log in and complete the form.

3. Please be sure to send a copy of the MIDC 2008 golf registration form via email or fax to Deb Plume, IIDA. (email: deb@dplumedesign.com/ fax: 508-209-0300)
